Which image tool do I need?
- A form says "maximum 50 KB": use the Image Resizer in KB, or one of the ready-made size pages above.
- A form asks for exact pixels (for example 200 × 230): enter the width and height in the resizer as well as the KB limit.
- Photos are too big to email: resize each to 200–300 KB; see our guide to email attachment limits.
- You need the photos as one document: resize them, then combine them with JPG to PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded when I use these tools?
No. The images are processed by your browser on your own device and never sent to a server, which makes the tools safe for ID photos and documents.
What size should a photo be for an online form?
It depends on the form. Many government and university portals ask for 20–50 KB for photos and 10–20 KB for signatures; always follow the numbers in your form's instructions.
What format do the image tools save?
The resizer saves JPG, which gives the smallest files for photos and is accepted almost everywhere.
